Recently, ZOZEN Boiler provided a 20 ton DZL series biomass steam boiler for a cottonseed oil factory in Tanzania to meet its growing production needs. The delivery of this boiler marks an important step for ZOZEN in promoting sustainable development and environmentally friendly production.

The cottonseed oil factory was looking for a boiler solution that could effectively support its production processes while significantly reducing environmental impact. In this context, ZOZEN’s third-generation DZL series biomass steam boiler stood out due to its excellent performance and efficient combustion technology, successfully earning the trust and cooperation of the customer.

The innovation of the DZL series boiler lies in its chain grate and independent air chamber design. This design not only ensures the full utilization of biomass fuels—such as biomass pellets, rice husks, wood chips, corn cobs, and sawdust—during combustion but also achieves over 87.5% thermal efficiency, significantly enhancing energy utilization. The water-cooled walls arranged around the front of the boiler body and the convection tube bundles located between the upper and lower drums form an efficient heat exchange system. After passing through these heat exchange surfaces, the high-temperature flue gas is processed by the economizer and dust collector before being discharged through the chimney. This smooth heat conversion and utilization process optimizes the overall efficiency of the boiler while reducing environmental impact.
