SZS Series Steam Boiler Introduction
SZS series boiler is double drums, longitudinal arranged, “D” type chamber structure. Furnace is on right side and convection tube bundle is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bundle. The body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways. Around furnace is membrane wall. Furnace and tube bundle is totally separated by the membrane wall at the left side of the furnace. The back part of bundle is sparse shift structure, front part is aligned structure. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, bundle area, and then from left front part enters spiral fin coil economizer and condenser, finally discharged to atmosphere through chimney.
Oil/Gas Fired Steam Boiler Advantage
- It adopts double-drum “D” type arrangement, compact structure, small floor space and good flame filling.
- The furnace adopts the membrane type water wall structure, and the whole boiler adopts the airtight inner guard plate of the fully enclosed welded structure, and the furnace wall has good sealing performance.
- The industry boiler layout has a large heating surface area and is designed with sufficient steam and water space to ensure stable boiler parameters.
- The flue gas condensation recovery device is arranged at the tail to effectively control the exhaust gas temperature, and the boiler has high thermal efficiency.
- High thermal resistance material is used as the thermal insulation layer, and the thermal insulation performance is good. The outer layer of the boiler is made of pressed guard plate, which is beautiful and beautiful.
- Adopting the quick-loading structure, the whole boiler is designed on the base with strong rigidity, which is convenient for installation and transportation.
- The furnace has inspection holes, which provides great convenience for use and maintenance. The top of the stove is equipped with an explosion-proof door.
- Adopt automatic burner, continuous electric adjustment of water supply, high combustion efficiency. And with multiple protection functions, the operation is safe and reliable.
