Case Introduction

In the tire manufacturing process, steam plays a crucial role in several key processes. From the initial mixing stage of the rubber compound, steam is widely used to preheat the internal mixers, ensuring that the rubber is evenly mixed at the appropriate temperature. Subsequently, in the calendering and extrusion stages, steam continues to be used to heat equipment, helping the rubber take the desired shape. During the tire forming process, steam-heated forming machines tightly bond different semi-finished components together, constructing the initial structure of the tire.

The Sentury Group has established an intelligent manufacturing factory in Morocco with an annual production capacity of 12 million high-performance passenger car tires. To meet the production needs of this factory, the Sentury Tire Morocco Plant chose ZOZEN’s SZS series gas steam boiler.
