Since its inception in 2017, Hua Su Plastic Industry Sdn. Bhd. has excelled in processing and manufacturing plastics and related materials. Maintaining a focus on top-notch product quality, Hua Su’s production line necessitates a constant and reliable source of high-temperature steam. Operating in Malaysia’s hot and humid climate year-round poses durability challenges for equipment. To tackle this obstacle, Hua Su made the strategic decision to partner with ZOZEN Boiler for its steam system supply.

In response to Hua Su’s needs, ZOZEN Boiler customized the 3 tph WNS three-pass oil steam boiler. This boiler features a threaded smoke tube and wet-back sealed structure, effectively enhancing thermal efficiency to achieve 100% thermal performance. Furthermore, the key components of the boiler have passed Malaysia’s DOSH certification, ensuring the equipment’s safety and reliability in the local environment.

To further improve operational efficiency and convenience, ZOZEN Boilers also equipped Hua Su with an IoT remote monitoring module. This module allows Hua Su’s management team to monitor the boiler’s operating status in real-time, while ZOZEN’s technical team provides online diagnostics and remote support. Since its commissioning, the boiler has been running with zero failures, fully demonstrating the high efficiency and stability of ZOZEN Boiler.
