Case Introduction

Hubei Yihua Degradable New Materials Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Yihua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., specializing in the research and production of biodegradable new materials. To drive the development of the eco-friendly materials industry and meet the funding and production demands of its 60,000-ton-per-year biodegradable new materials project, Hubei Yihua has been actively advancing its construction.

In this project, a stable and efficient heat supply is crucial to ensuring the precision and consistency of key production processes. To meet these needs, Hubei Yihua purchased two 15 million YQL series kcal gas-fired thermal oil heaters as essential auxiliary equipment for the production line. These thermal oil heaters utilize advanced gas combustion technology and an efficient heat transfer system, providing precise and uniform thermal energy for critical processes such as esterification and polycondensation. This ensures production stability and high efficiency. Additionally, the system features low-NOx combustion technology and intelligent control functions, significantly improving energy utilization while reducing operating costs and environmental emissions—aligning perfectly with Hubei Yihua’s green and sustainable development strategy.
