Agro Kush LLC, a leading modern poultry farming and food processing enterprise in Kyrgyzstan, boasts an annual production capacity covering the incubation of 24 million hatching eggs and the processing of 56,000 tons of poultry meat. Its products are exported to 12 countries including the EU and Middle East. With increasing international market orders, the company urgently needed to upgrade its thermal energy system to overcome bottlenecks of inefficient legacy equipment and high fuel costs.

ZOZEN Boiler provided two sets of DZW series coal-fired steam boilers and one set of SZW series hot water boiler, incorporating reciprocating grates and staged air distribution technology to resolve lignite combustion challenges, thereby elevating thermal efficiency.

The DZW series steam boilers, equipped with temperature regulation systems, deliver stable heat sources for egg incubation processes, ensuring environmental stability to enhance incubation efficiency. The complementary SZW series hot water boiler system offers multifaceted thermal support: it supplies high-temperature water for equipment cleaning and disinfection to uphold hygienic standards, while its constant-temperature water supply system ensures optimal drinking water temperature for poultry.
