Andre Juice Co., Ltd. is a large-scale juice production enterprise with three juice production lines, processing 160,000 tons of apples annually and producing 25,000 tons of concentrated fruit juice. Additionally, the company’s fruit pomace drying production line yields over 5,000 tons of pectin raw material annually. In response to local environmental policies, Andre Juice Co., Ltd. decided to dismantle its old 20t/h coal-fired boiler and replace it with a more environmentally friendly 18t/h gas boiler.

For this project, Andre Juice Co., Ltd. chose ZOZEN’s 18 tph SZS series gas steam boiler. The boiler incorporates advanced low nitrogen burners and a flue gas recirculation system, significantly reducing nitrogen oxide emissions. Following the project’s completion, the factory’s overall emissions of pollutants decreased significantly, with particulate emissions reduced by 1.18 tons per year, sulfur dioxide reduced by 1.49 tons per year, and nitrogen oxides reduced by 6.03 tons per year. This not only helped the company meet environmental standards but also promoted sustainable development.
