2 Ton Oil Fired Steam Boiler

Case Introduction

Due to local policies, the garment factories in Eswatini need to replace their existing coal-fired boilers with more environmentally friendly fuel oil boiler systems.

The customer requires a 2 ton capacity boiler, but due to the high altitude of Eswatini, the boiler performance may be affected. To ensure stable gas supply for the boiler, ZOZEN Boiler has custom-designed a 3ton body WNS series oil-fired steam boiler according to the steam needs of customers, which can output 2 tons of steam to meet customer needs. Furthermore, this oil fired boiler incorporates a low nitrogen burner and advanced low nitrogen combustion technology, resulting in NOx emissions ≤30mg/Nm³.
