In response to increasingly stringent environmental regulations and the growing demand for green, high-efficiency equipment, Liaoning Youchuang Plant Protection Co., Ltd. launched its project for the annual production of 15,650 tons of pesticide technicals and 7,000 tons of pesticide intermediates. With a total investment of 5.16 million yuan — of which 11.8% was dedicated to environmental protection — the project aimed to set a benchmark for sustainable development in the chemical industry.

As the core thermal energy equipment for the project, ZOZEN Boiler supplied a 15-ton SZS series gas-fired steam boiler. Featuring advanced low-NOx combustion technology, the boiler effectively reduces nitrogen oxide emissions to well below industry standards, ensuring full compliance with the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Boilers.

In addition, the boiler is equipped with a high-efficiency economizer at the tail end, significantly lowering exhaust gas temperatures and boosting overall energy performance. Thanks to its optimized design, the thermal efficiency of the SZS series boiler exceeds 98%, successfully meeting the project’s dual objectives of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
