SZS Series Diesel Fuel Boiler Introduction
The SZS series diesel fuel boiler is a double-drum, horizontal type, D-type arrangement with membrane water walls surrounding the furnace. This design increases the heat transfer area and improves the fuel’s heat absorption capacity. It helps lower the flue gas temperature and enhances the boiler’s thermal efficiency. The membrane water wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals off the furnace from the convection tube bundle. The rear part of the convection tube bundle features staggered rows for better turbulence, while the front part is arranged in a straight line. The flue gas generated in the furnace enters the ash and convection tube bundle area through the flue gas outlet at the rear of the furnace. It then turns towards the front of the boiler’s left side and enters the spiral finned tube economizer and condenser. Finally, the flue gas exits through the chimney, releasing into the atmosphere.
