A textile factory located in Kyrgyzstan is facing a pressing challenge: its existing boiler equipment, which has been running overloaded for years, is not only unable to provide stable and sufficient steam output, severely affecting the normal operation of the production line, but also increasing the complexity of operations management. This situation has significantly reduced the company’s production efficiency and brought added pressure on operating costs. Therefore, the factory urgently needs a highly efficient, stable, and flexible boiler system to resolve the current issues.

Client’s Core Requirements:

High Output Efficiency: The boiler must have sufficient output capacity to completely address the issue of current equipment failing to meet production demands.

Optimized Flue Gas Temperature: The client requested that the flue gas temperature be controlled below 60°C during boiler operation to meet energy-saving and environmental protection requirements.

Flexible Operation: Due to the significant seasonal variations in production, the client hoped for a boiler system that could adapt to seasonal demands, effectively reducing operating costs during off-peak seasons.

ZOZEN Boiler’s Customized Solution:

In line with the client’s production requirements, ZOZEN recommended the WNS series 5-ton gas-fired three-pass steam boiler. Known for its high efficiency and stable output, this boiler fully meets the textile factory’s production line needs, ensuring continuous and stable steam supply. To meet the client’s strict flue gas temperature requirement, ZOZEN added economizer and condenser components to the boiler system. This optimization successfully reduced the flue gas temperature to below 60°C, significantly improved the boiler’s thermal efficiency, and helped the client achieve notable energy savings while reducing emissions. Given the factory’s need to control energy costs during off-peak seasons, ZOZEN suggested purchasing two boilers. By using both boilers in the peak season to meet high demands, and only one during off-peak seasons, energy consumption and operating costs were significantly reduced, further enhancing economic benefits.
