DZL Series Water and Fire Tube Boiler Introduction
The DZL series water and fire tube boiler is a horizontal three-pass quick-install boiler powered by biomass. The boiler body is arranged in a horizontal single drum layout, with threaded smoke tubes inside the drum forming the convective heating surface, with a heat transfer coefficient 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke tubes. The drum and the two side water walls form the furnace radiation heating surface. The combustion equipment adopts a light chain grate in an overall quick-installation form upon leaving the factory. The boiler is equipped with an independent high-pressure secondary air fan for air supply, with easily controllable and adjustable air volume and pressure.
