SZS Series D Type Water Tube Boiler Introduction
The SZS series D type water tube boiler is a typical horizontal double-drum D-type layout boiler, primarily used for the combustion of oil and gas. This boiler features a fully membrane wall structure and operates on natural circulation. The body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways. Around furnace is membrane wall. Furnace and tube bundle is totally separated by the membrane wall at the left side of the furnace. The back part of bundle is sparse shift structure, front part is aligned structure. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, bundle area, and then from left front part enters spiral fin coil economizer and condenser, finally discharged to atmosphere through chimney. The SZS series D type water tube boiler has a fully membrane wall structure, ensuring no air leakage, minimal exhaust heat loss, and high thermal efficiency. The boiler can be equipped with a flue gas condensation recovery device at the rear, effectively controlling exhaust gas temperature and improving thermal efficiency.
