Guizhou Guotai Group operates five major production bases, including Guotai Liquor, Guotai Manor, Guotai Jude, Guotai Maoyuan, and Guotai Juzhi, establishing a comprehensive high-end sauce-aroma liquor production system. The group has an annual production capacity of 56,000 tons of premium liquor, with aged base liquor storage exceeding 90,000 tons, and an annual tax contribution surpassing 10 billion yuan, demonstrating strong market competitiveness. With the rapid growth in market demand for sauce-aroma liquor, Guotai Liquor continues to expand its production capacity, placing higher demands on steam supply capabilities. To ensure the stable operation of newly added capacity while precisely aligning energy equipment with traditional brewing processes, Guotai Liquor urgently needs to optimize its steam system.

Following the expansion, the existing steam system at Guotai Liquor struggled to meet the energy demands of critical processes such as distillation, sterilization, and pit temperature control. In particular, the traditional 20-ton boiler supply capacity was no longer sufficient for large-scale production. Additionally, the liquor brewing process requires high-quality steam, with a strict need for stable steam pressure, maximum thermal efficiency, and stringent environmental emission control to comply with modern green production standards.

To address this challenge, the ZOZEN Boiler technical team conducted an in-depth study of Guotai Liquor’s production workflow and, considering the cyclical steam usage characteristics of sauce-aroma liquor brewing, designed a customized 25-ton WNS series gas-fired steam boiler solution. This solution not only overcomes traditional supply bottlenecks and enables large-scale, stable steam supply but also utilizes an intelligent combustion system to precisely regulate steam pressure fluctuations, ensuring consistent steam quality and significantly enhancing the energy efficiency of the production line. Furthermore, the boiler adopts high-efficiency, low-nitrogen combustion technology, balancing energy efficiency with environmental emission standards, helping Guotai Liquor build a high-quality, sustainable green production system.
