Bestway Group is a globally renowned provider of leisure sports products and outdoor water recreation products, with branded products sold in over 120 countries.
To meet the thermal energy demands of continuous and large-scale production, Bestway’s Vietnam factory required a thermal oil system with high thermal efficiency, precise temperature control, stable operation, and easy maintenance for multiple production line heating processes (e.g., hot pressing, laminating, drying, and shaping).
ZOZEN Boiler supplied the YLW series 10 million kcal biomass thermal oil boiler to Bestway’s Vietnam factory. The boiler features a square coil horizontal chain grate design and adopts a modular structure with “separate shipment of the boiler body and grate.” Key highlights of the solution include:

Efficient Heat Transfer and Stable Temperature Control:

Square coil heat transfer structure with a compact heating surface layout ensures uniform heating of thermal oil and stable outlet oil temperature, suitable for precise temperature control processes.

Optimized flue gas flow and energy-saving configurations improve heating surface utilization and reduce exhaust heat loss.

Rapid Installation and Low Retrofit Costs:

The boiler body and chain grate are shipped separately and assembled on-site, requiring only the connection of pipelines, valves, and electrical controls before operation. This significantly shortens the installation cycle and reduces hoisting and civil engineering requirements.

Clean Biomass Combustion:

Compatible with various biomass fuels, ensuring easy fuel availability and controllable fuel costs.

Optimized combustion and feeding systems enhance combustion efficiency, reduce ash residue, and minimize emissions.
