WNS Series Firetube Boilers Introduction

In the WNS series firetube boilers, the high-temperature flue gas generated by the burner passes through the threaded smoke tubes surrounded by water, heating the water, steam, or steam-water mixture outside the smoke tube walls to produce steam. Firetube boilers refer to the flue gas generated after fuel combustion flowing through the fire tube or smoke tube, heating the water, steam, or steam-water mixture outside the fire tube or smoke tube. The large corrugated furnace of the WNS series firetube boilers by ZOZEN provides ample conditions for the complete combustion of natural gas, and when combined with the energy-saving device at the boiler’s rear end, the thermal efficiency can reach over 98%, significantly enhancing economic benefits.
