Case Introduction

The tobacco company usually needs a large amount of steam during the production process of tobacco redrying to meet the technical requirements of tobacco leaf remoisture and drying. Therefore, the boiler is an indispensable important equipment for the plant. In response to various environmental protection policies, in 2016, Tobacco Company was eager to purchase an energy-saving and environmentally friendly steam boiler. As a professional boiler manufacturer, Zozen Boilers has always had an excellent reputation in the tobacco industry, so the Tobacco Company handed over this project to ZOZEN’S Enterprise. ZOZEN’S Enterprise sent engineers to visit the site in person and customized a 12t/h gas-fired steam boiler (SZS12-1.25-Q) according to the amount of steam required for actual production.

The 12Ton SZS gas boiler is a typical high-efficiency and low-consumption environmentally friendly boiler, and the boiler body adopts a “D”-shaped structure. One side of the boiler is the furnace, and the other side is the convection heating surface, and the radiant heating surface is sufficient. The combustion chamber of this series of gas-fired boilers adopts narrow-pitch tube membrane water-cooled wall, which has better airtightness and thermal efficiency can be as high as 98% or more. The furnace space is large, and with the low-nitrogen burner, it can easily achieve the ultra-low emission requirements below 30mg/Nm3, and the environmental performance is excellent.
