Case Introduction

As a company specializing in fine specialty chemicals, Realsun Chemical has extremely stable thermal energy demands and high requirements for efficiency and emissions. During the fine chemical production process, a significant amount of thermal energy is essential. Therefore, we have strict requirements for the boilers used, including stability, safety, and environmental performance.

To meet these high standards, ZOZEN Boilers provided us with the YQL series gas thermal oil boiler, which is characterized by its efficiency, environmental friendliness, and energy-saving design. This boiler adopts a three-pass coil structure and is equipped with an advanced combustion system, achieving outstanding environmental performance with NOx emissions below 30 mg/Nm³.

Currently, ZOZEN Boilers has nearly completed the installation of the 8 million kcal YQL series gas thermal oil boilers for Realsun Chemical. Although the commissioning is yet to be performed and natural gas has not been connected, once the commissioning is completed, these boilers will be put into operation. They will provide stable thermal energy for Realsun Chemical’s production and help the company achieve its goals of green, low-carbon, and digital transformation.
