Case Introduction

In recent years, as environmental regulations have become increasingly stringent, the industrial sector has witnessed growing demand for green and high-efficiency equipment. Liaoning Youchuang Plant Protection Co., Ltd. launched its Annual Production of 15,650 Tons of Pesticide Technicals and 7,000 Tons of Pesticide Intermediates Project, with a total investment of 5.16 million yuan, of which environmental protection investments accounted for 11.8%.

As the core equipment of the project, ZOZEN Boiler supplied a 15-ton SZS series gas-fired steam boiler to deliver reliable thermal energy for pesticide production. This gas-fired boiler series incorporates advanced low-nitrogen combustion technology, effectively controlling NOx emissions to concentrations below industry standards, ensuring compliance with the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Boilers.

Equipped with a high-efficiency energy saver at the boiler tail, the system significantly reduces exhaust gas temperature, further enhancing thermal efficiency. The overall thermal efficiency of the SZS series boiler exceeds 98%, achieving both energy conservation and emission reduction goals.
