Gas Fired Steam Boiler Introduction

The gas steam boiler adopts the boiler shell type three return journey, full wet back structure. The fuel is slightly positive pressure burning in the furnace bile, and the high-temperature flue gas enters into the flue tube bundle along the furnace bile through the backburner chamber, and enters the second tube bundle through the compression front smoke box turning 180°, and enters the atmosphere after convection heat transfer. The three-return steam boiler with large capacity is designed by using the design idea of three-return structure with symmetrical center.

The boiler adopts a full wet back structure, with a large inner cylinder and eccentric fire box structure, which is beneficial to provide enough radiation heating surface. The convection heating surface consists of a second and a third return tube bundles. The front tube plate of the return combustion chamber is connected with the furnace bladder, and the rear tube plate of the return combustion chamber is ellipsoidal head and tube plate. The second and third return smoke Chambers constitute the front smoke box. Therefore, the structure of the front smoke box adopts light structure of refractory insulation materials. The flue gas outlet of the rear flue gas box is arranged along the longitudinal axis of the cylinder, which can not only shorten the length of the furnace body;It can also prevent the chimney from being placed in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder, and condensate water from corroding the boiler body when the boiler starts and stops.

The boiler design mainly considers the principle of boiler maintenance and stability. The mixed water device is installed in the inlet of the boiler return water. The return water scour the tube bundle of the smoke pipe first and then contact the furnace bile, which improves the water temperature of the return water contact the furnace bile. The phenomenon of local supercooled boiling is avoided. The water in the lower part of the high temperature combustion flue gas, the low temperature flow in the upper part. In terms of thermal convection, the structural design has been achieved. The steam boiler also reaches the vaporization space, and the rear bulkhead causes the circulating water to flow through the high-temperature surface of the recombustion chamber, so that the heat transfer is reasonable and uniform. Water Level Protection

Pressure Protection

The pressure protection of oil-fired (gas) steam boiler is the same as the water level with multiple protection.

Temperature Protection

Temperature protection is an important procedure in the safe operation of boiler, especially for the regulation and protection of steam boiler temperature. At the same time in the hot water boiler overtemperature to achieve regulatory protection. The commonly used temperature protection device of boiler is bimetallic temperature controller.

Flameout Protection

Prevent the occurrence of events of the chamber of a stove or furnace, fuel (gas) boiler must be set flame-out protection device, the function is to monitor the burning in the hearth conditions (including the ignition, when the ignition failure or burns out midway, generally in 5 seconds to ignition, running within 1 second, electromagnetic valve, close the oil (gas) and connect and send out sound and light alarm signal, and then air blower work, purging residual of combustible gas in the chamber of a stove or furnace, after 20 ~ 30 seconds of purging, automatically cut off the blower and various kinds of auxiliary power supply, stop running of boiler.) Blackout Self – lock Protection

In the case of sudden interruption of power supply, the boiler will stop self-locking immediately. If the current is restored to power, start at any time. The self-locking must be reset and removed to restart the ignition.
