SZL Series Biomass Power Plant Boiler Introduction
The SZL series biomass power plant boiler is a dual-drum vertical arrangement chain grate water tube steam boiler. It features a densely arranged water-cooled wall tube structure, paired with a customized boiler system and a large radiation heating surface area. The SZL series biomass power plant boiler consists of two major components, with the upper part being the heating surface body and the lower part being the combustion equipment.
At the front end of the SZL series biomass power plant boiler body, there is a combustion chamber formed by the upper water-cooled wall connected to the drum and the lower part connected to the header to absorb radiant heat from the furnace. Dense convective tube bundles are arranged between the upper and lower drums to scrub the high-temperature flue gas after combustion transversely for heat exchange. The flue gas then passes through a separately arranged economizer before entering the dust collector and being discharged through the chimney.
