SZL Series Wood Chip Boiler for Sale Introduction
The SZL Series Wood Chip Boiler for Sale is a horizontal, dual-drum, chain grate, water tube steam boiler. he boiler consists of two major parts: the upper part is the heating surface and the lower part is the combustion equipment. The front of the boiler body is surrounded by water-cooled walls. The upper part is connected with drum and the lower part is connected with the header to form the combustion chamber, absorbing the radiation heat of the furnace. At the rear end, a convection tube bundle is arranged between the upper and lower drums. After the fuel is burned in the furnace, the high-temperature flue gas is swept across the convection tube bundle for the secondary return, then guided to a separately arranged economizer and finally enters the dust collector before being discharged through the chimney. Additionally, it is equipped with an extremely low water level electrode protection system to ensure the boiler’s water level safety during operation.

Customized Feeding System: ZOZEN reasonably designs different feeding systems according to different biomass fuel characteristics, effectively improving the overall efficiency of the boiler.
High Temperature Grate: Biomass fuel has the characteristics of high volatile content and low ash content, after the combustion is completed, there is almost no ash and slag cover on the grate surface, and the grate is vulnerable to high temperature radiation, and the boiler chooses the appropriate high temperature grate material to adapt to the combustion characteristics of biomass fuel and greatly improve the reliability of the grate.
Reasonable Arrangement of Air: Under the condition of ensuring the optimal excess air amount in the furnace and the temperature of each combustion area, the oxygen demand of each stage of combustion is met, so that 70% of the volatiles generated by the drying and pyrolysis of biomass are completely burned, and the fixed carbon burnout is reduced and the generation of black smoke and flue gas pollutants is eliminated.
