15 TPH Tri-Drum Biomass Steam Boiler

Case Introduction

Recently, ZOZEN Boiler collaborated with Anhui Xiangwang Building Energy-saving Technology Co., Ltd. to provide them with a customized 15 ton DZL series tri-drum biomass fired steam boiler. The DZL series third-generation biomass boiler is a water tube boiler consisting of three drums, independently developed by ZOZEN Boiler with proprietary intellectual property rights. This boiler utilizes ZOZEN’s chain grate and independent wind chamber design to ensure thorough fuel combustion. The furnace adopts a densely arranged water-cooled wall tube structure, which provides a large radiant heating surface and high thermal efficiency. Additionally, the rear convective heating surface is equipped with a soot blowing device, and the top of the boiler has soot blowing holes, allowing for different types of soot blowing without the need to shut down the boiler.
