SZL Series 6 Ton Steam Boiler Introduction
The SZL series 6-ton steam boiler features a horizontal double-drum structure and a chain grate, showcasing high thermal efficiency and strong adaptability. This boiler comprises two main sections: the upper part for heat absorption and the lower part for combustion equipment. The SZL series 6 ton steam boiler employs a customized feeding system, allowing for the rational design of different feeding systems based on the characteristics of various biomass fuels, effectively enhancing the overall efficiency of the boiler.
SZL Series 6 Ton Steam Boiler Technical Features
High Efficiency and Energy Saving: The SZL series 6 ton steam boiler utilizes a densely arranged water-cooled wall tube structure, paired with a customized boiler system, boasting a large radiation area and achieving a thermal efficiency of over 86%.
Complete Fuel Combustion: Tailored independent air compartments corresponding to the boiler tonnage are adopted in the SZL series 6 ton steam boiler, enabling the adjustment of air distribution based on combustion conditions to ensure complete fuel combustion.
Automated Control: The advanced control system of the SZL series 6 ton steam boiler automates fuel supply, ash discharge, and slag discharge operations.
Dual Drums Design: With a unique dual drums design, the SZL series 6 ton steam boiler offers increased heating surface area, promoting better heat transfer efficiency and overall performance.
