Reciprocating Grate: The unique mechanical movement powerfully stirs and loosens the fuel layer, effectively breaking up clumping and slagging caused by high-moisture fuel. This ensures continuous and even fuel advancement.
Independent Air Chamber Design: Precisely segmented air supply is provided along the length of the grate. The system delivers tailored airflow and temperature to different stages of fuel drying, combustion, and burnout, significantly improving ignition and burnout for high-moisture biomass. This eliminates the need for separate fuel drying.
