Main Equipment Introduction:

DZL Series 4-ton Biomass Steam Boiler:

Fuel Selection: This boiler uses oat shells as fuel, which, due to their renewability and low pollution characteristics, fully comply with Europe’s renewable energy promotion policies.

Technical Features: The boiler is designed with high thermal efficiency, and its emissions levels meet European environmental standards, ensuring clean and efficient production processes.

WNS Series 1.5-ton Diesel Steam Boiler:

Backup Function: Serving as a backup boiler, this equipment ensures that production is not affected in case of maintenance or failure of the main boiler, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity for the customer.

Customized System Solutions:

Grate Feeder: ZOZEN Boiler’s customized grate feeder ensures uniform feeding, effectively preventing hopper backfire, and ensuring the stable operation of the boiler.

Fans and Pumps: These auxiliary devices work in conjunction with the main boiler, enhancing the overall system’s operational efficiency and reliability, ensuring the stability of steam supply.

Speed Reducers and Variable Frequency Technology: By utilizing speed reducers and variable frequency technology, the boiler can flexibly adjust its operational state according to actual needs, achieving energy savings and further enhancing the system’s cost-effectiveness.
