Pamica is a manufacturing enterprise that integrates research and development, production, and sales of mica insulation materials, which are widely used in the production of high-standard electrical insulation and heat-resistant materials.

The company is currently building a new project for mica board and new energy security materials, with a total investment of 100 million RMB. According to the project plan, the original 10 tons/hour biomass fuel steam boiler and 12 tons/hour biomass fuel thermal oil heater will be replaced with a 15 tons/hour biomass steam boiler and a 15 tons/hour biomass thermal oil boiler. The 15-ton biomass steam boiler is provided by ZOZEN Boiler.

The 15-ton SZL series biomass steam boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler mainly supplies heat for processes such as drying, curing, and hot pressing in the project. The boiler consists of two main parts: the heat exchange surface and the chain grate. The furnace part has been raised to ensure complete combustion of the fuel and provide sufficient space. Considering the high ash content of biomass fuel, the convection tube bundle area of the boiler is equipped with multiple online soot blowers, which are automatically activated at intervals to avoid frequent shutdowns for ash cleaning, ensuring continuous heat supply for the production line.
