In the paper industry — a typical high energy-consuming sector — a continuous and stable steam supply is critical across key processes such as pulping, drying, and forming. During the planning stage of Vinda’s Liaoning base, the company clearly defined the goal of building a “Green Factory,” requiring boiler systems that could deliver both high-efficiency energy supply and low-carbon emissions.

Leveraging its extensive expertise in biomass energy, ZOZEN Boiler customized a 15-ton DZL series biomass-fired steam boiler system tailored to Vinda’s project needs. To address common industry challenges, such as the high ash content of biomass fuels and the risks of slagging and ash deposition, ZOZEN applied a series of innovative solutions. These included an optimized furnace structure, a continuous ash-cleaning system, and customized heating surface designs, ensuring the boiler’s long-term, stable, and efficient operation.
