The paper industry, being a typical high energy-consuming sector, requires continuous steam supply throughout pulping, drying, and forming processes. During the initial planning phase of Vinda’s Liaoning base, the “Green Factory” objective was explicitly defined, demanding boiler systems that balance efficient energy supply with low-carbon emissions. Leveraging its profound expertise in biomass energy, ZOZEN Boiler customized a 15-ton DZL-series biomass steam boiler system for the project.

To address industry challenges such as high ash content in biomass fuels and tendencies for slagging/ash deposition, ZOZEN implemented innovative solutions including optimized furnace structure design, uninterrupted ash-cleaning systems, and customized heating surface layouts to ensure long-term stable operation.
