WNS Series Dual Fuel Boilers Introduction

WNS series dual fuel boilers are high-efficiency and energy-saving products designed to meet industrial steam and thermal energy demands. They support both gas and oil fuel switching, making them adaptable to various fuel supply environments. These boilers are widely used in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and brewing.

The WNS series dual fuel boilers adopt a horizontal three-pass wet-back structure, ensuring a well-arranged heating surface for optimal heat transfer efficiency. This design allows for complete fuel combustion and maximized thermal energy utilization. Additionally, the boilers are equipped with a fully automated intelligent control system, enabling automatic combustion adjustment to maintain stable steam supply while ensuring ease of operation and safety.

With outstanding energy-saving and environmental performance, the WNS series dual fuel boilers incorporate low-NOx combustion technology, reducing NOx emissions to as low as 30mg/Nm³ to meet stringent environmental regulations. The optimized combustion chamber structure effectively lowers exhaust gas temperature, further enhancing the thermal efficiency to 98% or higher.

Moreover, the WNS series dual fuel boilers utilize high-quality materials for heat exchange components, extending the boiler’s service life. They are also equipped with multiple safety protection systems, including over-temperature, overpressure, and flameout protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
