Case Introduction

Hangzhou Derunbao Lubricant Co., Ltd., founded in 1999, is an innovative technology enterprise focusing on the research and production of high-tech specialty lubricants. Recently, during the expansion of its production line, Hangzhou Derunbao Lubricant had strict requirements for the boiler’s footprint and installation flexibility due to limited plant space. At the same time, the energy efficiency standards for boilers in Zhejiang Province have been upgraded to Level 2, and the company has higher expectations for energy conservation and consumption reduction.

ZOZEN Boiler custom-designed a 4-million kcal YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater for the company, and made innovative structural optimizations—positioning the air preheater on top of the boiler, saving floor space and meeting the needs of a compact site layout.

The boiler adopts a two- or three-pass coil structure, which ensures high heat transfer efficiency, complies with Zhejiang Level 2 energy efficiency standards, saves fuel costs, and delivers high efficiency and energy savings, with a thermal efficiency of up to 94%.
