ZOZEN Boiler collaborated with Lucky Textile Mills Limited in Pakistan. Lucky Textile Mills Limited is a company specializing in the production of home textiles, clothing, and rolled or bolted fabrics, with an urgent need for efficient and environmentally friendly steam boilers.

In response to Lucky Textile Mills Limited’s requirements, ZOZEN Boiler provided a 25-ton biomass steam boiler, utilizing hydraulic reciprocating grate technology and offering customized services to design the boiler room according to the actual on-site conditions.

Lucky Textile Mills Limited has a continuous pursuit of improving production efficiency and product quality. The design of the chain grate and independent air compartment ensures complete combustion, while the densely arranged water-cooled wall tube structure in the furnace, combined with the customized boiler system, increases the radiation area, resulting in a thermal efficiency exceeding 87.5%.
