General routine inspection:

B. Reduce the change of sharp load.
C. Maintain the air pressure and run the water level within the normal range;
D. Conduct chemical sub-board supervision over water vapor of feed furnace in each shift;
E. Keep the water supply or circulating water system in normal operation;
F. The automatic control device shall be checked and adjusted frequently to ensure the normal operation of the unit.

The steam boiler body should be inspected daily
A. Check the water level gauge once a day and wash the glass panel to keep the water level normal;
B. Pay attention to whether there is leakage in the supply and fuel supply valve and pipeline;
C. Check whether there is water mixing in the oil;The steam boiler checks the indication of each meter back to check whether the data displayed are normal;
D. Check the temperature and lubricating oil level of the rotating parts, bearings, etc. in every shift;
E. Make good operation records for each shift, and establish a system of transfer records.
